Undertile thermal insulation.

RoofmateTG insulation plates are the solution to undertile insulation both for lateral-cement structures and for structures in wood. The plates, under normal conditions, are positioned, dry, on the loft. On the guttering line is placed a holding ridge of the same thickness as the insulation. if the covering is made of tiles, points of malt are used to fix them, or a layer of concrete of at least 30mm, with an electrosoldered net. If the tiles have to be supported by a warping of battens fixed to counter-battens in wood, then these can be fixed through the layer of Roofmate Tg to the underlying structure.

Technical details of RoofmateTG

Insulation plates in expanded, extruded monolayer polistyrene, exempt from HCFC, produced by qualified firms with quality system ISO 9002. The following properties must be certified according to the regulations of the product:
Thermal conductability 10°C = 0.033 W/mK per thickness<=60; =0.035W/mK per thickness >60mm, statistical value 90/90, class 1 reaction to fire according to the regulations DM 26/06/ 84: resistence to compression 200kPa (breaking point or corresponding point to a maximum deformation of 10%) resistence to compression under a constant load 60 kPa(allowable point for structural calculations, corresponding to a max deformation of 2%)
Length of the plates 250cm, width 60 cm, smooth surface, male/female striking.

(1) The density, in extruded polistyrene, is not a characteristic of performance,, but a parameter which does nt have a direct innfluence on other properties, mechanical, thermal etc,  the only ones which reflect directly on the performance of the material. The density may vary between different lots of production. On demand, thevalues of the density of each lot can be provided.
