VENTILATED ROOF

In roofcovering with linear structures, on the framework is laid a steam-permeable layer with the function of waterproofing and creating an anti wind barrier.
On the guttering line it is necessary to position a batten of the same thickness as the ROOFMATE TG panel and the laying proceeds, taking care to match up well with the insulation.
Wooden counter-battens of ideal section are placed On the Roofmate  TG panels on the pitch slope, which will be nailed to  the covering struts. Then battens are laid for the attachment of the tiles with inter-planks according to the type of tiles to be used, nailing them to the counter-battensof pitch.
Otherwise, the positioning of Roofmate TG can be done between counter-battens. In this case,to help the ventilation, the thickness of the counter-battens must be more by at least 20mm than the insulation panel. Along the guttering line, is placed a grille corresponding to the ventilation space under the tiles.
